CLASS STYLE

Each class offers a balanced flow that will allow you to build heat and awareness while providing space to mindfully move inward. They tend to feel similar to something between a Hatha and Vinyasa style class that always adapt to the individual students present each session.

YOUR HOME STUDIO

All classes are done virtually so you can keep your practice with you whether you’re joining from the comfort of your own home, while you’re out of town on vacation, or wherever you happen to be.
